Jessica Wing-Yan Lo is an accomplished physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience. She is not only a distinguished International Lactation Consultant, certified by the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBLCE), but also a BUPA Recognised Lactation Consultant. This dual expertise, combined with her recognition by BUPA, positions Jessica as a preeminent physiotherapist within Sydney, specifically in the realm of women's health.
Jessica's proficiency in physiotherapy originates from her rigorous academic grounding. She completed her undergraduate studies in Physiotherapy at the prestigious University of Sydney, Australia, further augmenting her knowledge with a Master's degree in Women's Health Studies from the esteemed Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Having served as a frontline physiotherapist across diverse settings, both public and private, Jessica joined the Princess Margaret Hospital, Hong Kong Hospital Authority (HA) in 2001. Her diverse and extensive clinical experience spans various sectors of physiotherapy service, including but not limited to acute care. With a focus on Paediatrics and Adolescence, Women's health, Oncology, and Palliative Care, Jessica has carved out a unique niche in her profession.

She's also completed the Integrated Oncology Course for Nurses and Allied Health, and the Lactation Consultant Training Program.
Jessica’s recent years have been marked by her fervour for developing new services in Women’s health and Palliative Care. Her research has gained attention within professional circles, resulting in poster and oral presentations at various HA Conventions and Forums over the past decade. Moreover, she has been featured by various media outlets for her pioneering collaborative service on Ultrasound Therapy for Lactating Mothers under the Hong Kong Hospital Authority.
